Returning items because you’ve ordered the wrong size or you simply no longer want them
You have a right to cancel all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the goods and a further 14 days to return them after notifying us you wish to cancel. If you return your whole order, we will refund you the value of the goods and any delivery & packing charges we may have levied. For part returns, we will refund you for the goods only.
Please do not ask for an exchange as this is not possible, replacement items will need to be re-ordered.
We ask that you:
Return any items with its original packaging within 14 days.
Take reasonable care of the goods in your possession, so we can sell your unwanted items again.
You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession, so if you decide to return an item, please:
• do not wear it
• do not launder the return item
• do not affix name tapes or remove labels and swing tickets
• do not allow the item to be contaminated with cigarette smoke, pet hair, etc.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Ensure that returned goods are securely packaged so that they are not damaged in transit.
We require you to return any unwanted items at your own cost. When returning items please enclose the original packing slip writing the words ‘I just don’t want it any more’ legibly on the packing slip. We will need this paperwork in order to refund your payment card. If you do not have the original picking slip, please enclose a print out of your email order confirmation or complete and enclose a copy of the returns form.
We will refund your payment card within 14 days of receiving the returned items. If you do not receive your refund within three weeks, please contact us using the Contact Us page.
We are unable to refund your postage costs in returning items to us. When making a return, you may use any delivery service you wish, including dropping off goods in person, but when using a third-party we recommend you consider either purchasing compensation cover to cover the value of your packet or obtain proof the packet was sent to us, should it be lost in transit. Please read our Important Notice below to ensure you obtain adequate proof of postage.
If you require a replacement item, this should be ordered in a separate, new transaction - please do not include instructions for replacement goods when returning an item.

Important Notice
Post Offices no longer issue their customers with stamped Certificates of Posting for the purposes of 'proof of postage'. In order to obtain 'proof of postage' at a Post Office, you must request the post code of the mailing address is printed on the receipt for the payment. We do not accept hand written postcodes on receipts as proof that the packet was sent to the correct address, so please mention to the person serving you before the item is weighed that you need the postcode (CO15 4AD) printing on the receipt.
When returning a parcel, please retain your official 'proof of postage' until you receive your refund notification, so we effectively bear the risk should your item be lost in transit.
Returning Defective or Incorrectly Picked Items
You have the right to return defective or incorrectly picked goods for exchange, repair or refund within 30-days after delivery at your discretion. If requesting a refund, we will refund you within fourteen days of agreeing you are entitled to the refund. In the event that we are unable to supply replacement goods within 30-days or repair the item at reasonable cost, we will refund you the price paid for the goods. We will also reimburse any delivery charges levied, unless you bought other goods at the same time, which you are not returning to us. We will bear the cost of you returning goods through issuing you with a FREEPOST Returns Envelope.
For the period between one and six months after receipt of Goods, you may return defective items for repair or replacement at our discretion on the assumption that the defect was present at the point of purchase. We will bear the cost of you returning goods to us through issuing you with a FREEPOST Returns Envelope. If we subsequently find that the assumption of there being a defect is inconsistent with the circumstances, such as there being obvious signs of misuse, including, but not limited to, failure to follow garment laundry instructions and damage to zips through excessive force, we reserve our right to reject your claim. You cannot claim against us under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for damage that you have caused.
For periods exceeding six months, you may still claim for garment defects, but you will need to provide evidence to us the defect was there from the point of delivery or collection. We reserve our right to make an appropriate deduction to the value of the refund to reflect the use you have had. The basis for any deduction will be the comparison between the time you have had the goods in your possession and their expected useful life. The deduction can be any percentage up to 100% of the selling price.
We ask that you:
- Ensure that returned goods are securely packaged so that they are not damaged in transit.
- Return any items with its original packaging where possible.
- Take reasonable care of the items whilst in your possession. While goods are in the Buyer’s possession there is a statutory duty to take reasonable care of them.
- Enclose a short covering letter to assist us identify who has return the defective item, the order number and the reason for the return.

We will then mail you a FREEPOST returns envelope, Certificate of Posting and Returns Slip to enclose with the goods. For your protection, we recommend that you post your return packet at a Post Office so they can provide you with proof of dispatch to CO15 4AD on a receipt.
If you require a refund, we will make payment to your payment card within 14 days of receiving your returns packet. If you receive neither your repaired or exchanged item, nor a refund within three weeks, please contact us.
