1. How do we protect your information?
All information relating to your payment card is entered in a secure 'payment gateway' provided by our bank. All information supplied in the payment gateway page is transmitted to our bank with industry standard encryption, satisfying PCI DSS regulations. At no time is any information regarding your payment card issued to us by our bank. We only receive a transaction number to reference your purchase, which is required in the event we need to refund your purchase.
2. What information do we collect?

We only collect information that you enter directly at the basket and checkout pages. This information only includes the details we need to process your order and meet Distance Selling Regulations. In placing an order on our website, we require some personally identifying information, including your name, postal address, email address and telephone number. Information concerning your payment card is entered at the payment gateway supplied by our bank, which meets or exceeds the standards for full PCI DSS compliance.
Information concerning the products you have bought will be used collectively with other customers' orders to restock our stores as necessary. Information concerning the products you have bought will not be used for marketing purposes.
3. What information do we share?
We employ a third party to stock and dispatch consignments to our customers 'Prime Fulfilment LTD'. The information we share with them is limited to the details necessary to process orders. The information therefore restricted to details of goods being ordered, customers' names, delivery addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers. Our order fulfilment partner only uses this information for processing orders. They do not distribute or sell this information to other parties. Similarly, they do not disclose such information, unless required or requested to do so by a law enforcement agency for purposes such as the prevention of fraud.
4. Use of Cookies
