

Returning items because you’ve ordered the wrong size or you simply no longer want them
You can cancel your order in part or in full within 7 working days after the day you receive your order by letter, fax or email. We will provide you with a full refund, excluding any postage & packing charge we may have levied.
We ask that you:
Return any items with its original packaging within 14 working days
Take reasonable care of the goods in your possession, so we can sell your unwanted items again.
You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession, so if you decide to return an item, please:
• do not wear it
• do not launder the return item
• do not affix nametapes or remove labels and swing tickets
• do not allow the item to be contaminated with cigarette smoke, pet hair, etc.
Ensure that returned goods are securely packaged so that they are not damaged in transit.
We require you to return any unwanted items at your own cost. When returning items please enclose the original packing slip, a print out of your email order confirmation in your packet, writing the words ‘I just don’t want it any more’ legibly on the packing slip, or with a completed copy of the returns form. We will need this paperwork in order to refund your payment card.
We will refund your payment card within three weeks of receiving the returned items. If you do not receive your refund within four weeks, please contact us using the Contact Us page.
We are unable to refund your postage costs in returning items to us, but for your protection it is recommend you obtain a proof of posting in the form of a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office. If returning goods with a value exceeding £50, we recommend you consider using a mail service that includes recorded delivery.
If you require a replacement item, this should be ordered in a separate, new transaction - please do not include instructions for replacement goods when returning an item.

Returning Defective or Incorrectly Picked Items
You have the right to return faulty goods for exchange, repair or refund within a reasonable period of time. We deem the reasonable period to be 30-days from delivery, as this should be sufficient time to identify any defects or picking errors. Nonetheless, we recommend that you inspect all goods on receipt to identify any obvious problems in terms of quality and that you have received the correct goods.
If you find that you need to return an item because it is defective, we will either exchange or repair the item free of charge. If we are unable to supply a replacement garment within 30-days or repair the item at reasonable cost, we will refund you the price you paid for the item. We will also reimburse any delivery charges levied, unless you have purchased other goods at the same time, which you are not returning to us. Please ensure however, that you complete the following form within 30-days of you receiving your delivery.
We ask that if we have made an error picking your order that you contact us, using the form on the Contact Us page within 30-days of receiving your order and:

In order to return an item because it is faulty, please complete the following form, ensuring you enter information in all the fields.
We will then mail you a FREEPOST returns envelope, Certificate of Posting and Returns Slip to enclose with the goods. For your protection, we recommend that you post your return packet at a Post Office so they can stamp your Certificate of Posting as proof of dispatch.
If you require a refund, we will make payment to your payment card within three weeks of receiving your returns packet. If you receive neither your repaired or exchanged item, nor a refund within four weeks, please contact us.
